Foundations of Vinyasa with Michelle Dorer!
Michelle Dorer is starting a 6 week course on the Foundations of Vinyasa March 29! This course will take place on Wednesday nights from 6pm-8pm. She will lead you through an in-depth study of the origins of the Vinyasa method by moving step-by-step through the Primary Series. You will discuss and learn adaptations based on your individual body and needs, and healthy ways to practice the postures while incrementally increasing the amount of the sequence practiced weekly. By the end of the six week course, we will complete the entire series in a way that is accessible to each student.
Participate in-person at Outer Banks Yoga or online using Zoom.
Class recordings are available for all registered students! Take the workshop at your own pace, get caught up on missed classes, and use the classroom material as a reference in the future.
Two optional Mentoring Sessions are available as an optional add on feature!
These sessions are designed to help students process their experience, clarify information covered throughout the series and facilitate growth. The sessions will be interwoven throughout the six weeks and scheduled based on group consensus of participating students. Each session will be an hour and 15 minutes and can be taken in-person or online.
