 Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga -  A gentle approach to yoga.  Teaching basic posture and breath.  Ideal for beginners.   

Introduction to Ashtanga - Basics of yoga philosophy, breathing, and
movement. Led through elementary postures of primary series.  

Ashtanga Prep - Led through more challenging postures of primary series.

Primary Series - Led through entire primary series of Ashtanga Yoga.

Mysore - Open practice with personal  guidance and attention to special needs. 
To help students develop independent self practice.  Students may arrive any
time between 6:00 am - 7:00 am. 

Hot Vinyasa Yoga
 - Flow of postures linked with breathing in a heated room.

Guided Meditation / Chanting -   Guided meditation will be taught on the first Thursday of the month by Janice Lane. Chanting will be taught on the third Thursday of every month by Michelle Dorer.  Donations welcome.
